You will be automatically kicked out of the service after 30 days of been inactive.

For unclaimed rewards, we try as much as possible to reach out to the winners via phone calls and SMS for 6 months. If after 6 months and no response from the winners, the rewards will be forfeited. This is in line with the NLRC rules and guidelines.

While airtime prizes are automated and credited directly to winners’ phone numbers, cash prizes take within 48 – 72 hours to process after receiving the winners bank details via SMS.

Lucky Number is a daily draw game that automatically enters subscribers’ number to sequentially match a randomly selected mobile number from the pool of the MNO’s active subscriber base. The winning number must be matched in the right sequence, from right to left.

Customers can subscribe in two ways;

  1. Text WIN or WINOT (daily), LW or LWOT (Weekly), LM or LMOT (Monthly) to the short code “4445”.
  2. Dial the USSD *4445# and follow the instructions.

You will receive SMS confirming your subscription to the service and your entry to the day’s draw after a successful billing for the price point selected.

You are required to do nothing. Once you are billed, your number is automatically entered for the day’s draw.

Charges are done once for daily, weekly and monthly subscription to be on the service.

Customers can subscribe in two ways;

  1. Text the keyword “STOP WIN or WINOT, STOP LW or LWOT, or STOP LM or LMOT ” to the shortcode “4445.”
  2. Dial the USSD code *4445# and select option “4. Unsubscribe” and follow instructions.

  2. Dial the USSD code *4445# and select option “5. Draw Result” to receive the day’s draw result via SMS.
  3. Also, all subscribers will receive an SMS the following day by 8am showing the last 5 digits of the drawn winning number.

All winners will receive a congratulatory SMS with the prize won.

Airtime prizes are automated and credited directly to winners’ phone number while winners of cash prizes are contacted to send their bank details via SMS.
